Terms of Sale

InnerLok sells theft-deterrent security products for trailers, hitches, couplers, and related applications.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, materials, finishes, dimensions, and features are provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but product details may vary by model, production run, supplier, configuration, or improvement.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice.

InnerLok products are designed as theft-deterrent devices.

No lock, hitch lock, coupler lock, security device, or related product can guarantee prevention of theft, attempted theft, tampering, misuse, forced entry, property damage, vandalism, or unauthorized access.

By purchasing an InnerLok product, you understand that security products reduce risk but do not eliminate risk. InnerLok does not guarantee that any product will prevent theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized use.

You are responsible for confirming that the product you purchase is compatible with your trailer, hitch, coupler, receiver, equipment, vehicle, or intended use before ordering and before installation.

Before use, you must review all product specifications, fitment information, instructions, warnings, and safety guidance provided by InnerLok.

InnerLok is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect product selection, improper fitment, improper installation, modification, misuse, or use outside the intended application.

InnerLok products are security devices unless the specific product documentation expressly states otherwise.

Do not tow, pull, lift, carry, move, or load equipment using any InnerLok product unless the written instructions for that specific product expressly allow such use.

Using a security product as a towing, lifting, load-bearing, or structural component may result in product failure, property damage, injury, or loss.

When you place an order, you agree that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and current, including billing information, shipping information, contact information, and product selections.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any reason, including:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Incorrect pricing
• Incorrect product information
• Inventory availability
• Shipping restrictions
• Abuse of promotions or discounts
• Errors on the website
• Unusual order activity
• Legal or compliance concerns

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Your order is accepted when we process payment.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, shipping costs, and taxes may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product listing errors, or availability errors, even after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order, issue a refund, or contact you for approval before proceeding.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize the payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount, including product cost, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment card information on our own systems unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, duties, customs charges, import fees, or other government-imposed fees related to your purchase.

Where required, taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs may be displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. InnerLok is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain issues, incorrect addresses, customs, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

InnerLok is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to customer-provided address errors.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing items, you must contact us promptly at support@innerlok.com.

You may be required to provide order information, photographs of the packaging, photographs of the product, carrier tracking information, and any other information reasonably needed to evaluate the issue.

Failure to report shipping damage or missing items within a reasonable time may limit our ability to assist with replacement, refund, or carrier claim support.

Returns and refunds are governed by our written Return Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, products must generally be unused, unmodified, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all included parts, accessories, instructions, and documentation.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that are used, damaged, altered, missing parts, improperly packaged, outside the return window, or not purchased from an authorized InnerLok sales channel.

Order cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to support@innerlok.com.

We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed, packed, shipped, manufactured, customized, or prepared for fulfillment.

If an order has already shipped, the return process may apply.

Warranty coverage, if any, is limited to the terms stated in our written Warranty Policy or product-specific warranty documentation.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Improper installation
• Incorrect fitment
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Neglect
• Unauthorized modification
• Accidents
• Theft attempts
• Forced entry attempts
• Tampering
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Corrosion caused by environment or lack of maintenance
• Use outside the intended application
• Unauthorized repairs
• Use as a towing, lifting, or load-bearing component where not expressly permitted

Warranty remedies may be limited to repair, replacement, or another remedy stated in the written Warranty Policy.

You agree to use InnerLok products only as directed and only for their intended purpose.

You are responsible for safe handling, proper installation, routine inspection, maintenance, and confirming that the product remains suitable for continued use.

Do not use a damaged, altered, excessively worn, improperly installed, or incompatible product.

Failure to follow instructions may result in property damage, injury, product failure, theft, or loss.

Dealer, wholesale, fleet, distributor, or commercial orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, shipping terms, resale restrictions, warranty terms, or written agreements.

If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms of Sale.

Products may not be resold under the InnerLok name except by authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers approved by Stealth Creative LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse sales, limit quantities, cancel orders, or deny warranty coverage for suspected unauthorized resale, marketplace abuse, altered products, counterfeit products, or products purchased through unauthorized channels.

Purchase of an InnerLok product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

All InnerLok names, logos, designs, product images, product configurations, trade dress, website content, instructions, product documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Stealth Creative LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, sell, market, or use InnerLok intellectual property without prior written permission.

InnerLok™ and related product names, logos, designs, and content are trademarks, trade dress, or property of Stealth Creative LLC. Patent pending, where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealth Creative LLC, InnerLok, its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to the purchase or use of InnerLok products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Theft
• Attempted theft
• Property damage
• Trailer damage
• Vehicle damage
• Equipment damage
• Loss of use
• Loss of business
• Lost profits
• Downtime
• Replacement costs
• Third-party claims
• Failure of a product to prevent unauthorized access
• Improper installation or fitment
• Misuse or unauthorized modification

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stealth Creative LLC, InnerLok, its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

• Your purchase or use of InnerLok products
• Improper installation
• Incorrect fitment
• Misuse or abuse
• Unauthorized modification
• Use outside the intended application
• Violation of these Terms of Sale
• Violation of applicable laws
• Use of the product as a towing, lifting, or load-bearing component where not expressly permitted
• False or inaccurate information provided to us

InnerLok is not responsible for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, transportation delays, carrier delays, acts of government, war, terrorism, cyber incidents, power outages, equipment failures, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@innerlok.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Sale, your purchase, or InnerLok products shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

The Terms of Sale in effect at the time of purchase generally apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
